About the Project
Our task was to bring to life an innovative "hybrid" pizza restaurant concept, designed to fuse rapid service with a dynamic dining atmosphere. The centerpiece of this project was the installation of a high-performance revolving pizza oven capable of cooking pizzas at 700 degrees in just three minutes, crucial for the restaurant's fast-paced service model.

What Was Included in the Project?
The construction scope included a comprehensive fit-out to accommodate the high-tech revolving pizza oven and ensure its seamless integration into the restaurant's operations. We took the space down to the studs, creating a layout that supports both the functional needs of a busy kitchen and the aesthetic appeal of a modern dining area. Structural reinforcements were made to support the heavy, state-of-the-art oven and associated ventilation systems. Electrical and plumbing systems were upgraded to handle the increased demands of restaurant operations. The design also incorporated flexible seating arrangements to facilitate both quick dining and longer, more leisurely meals, aligning with the hybrid concept of the venue. This project exemplifies our ability to tailor construction solutions that meet specific operational requirements while enhancing the customer experience.
